Cancellation Policy

No cancellations/refunds
A lot of time & effort goes into preparing for a training course, therefore, we do not offer the ability to cancel courses, nor do we offer refunds of any kind.

Rescheduling
A course may be rescheduled up to 72 hours before course date & time. Example: Course is Saturday morning at 8AM, you must reschedule on or before 8AM the Wednesday before. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of course fee(s), without opportunity to reschedule. A scheduled course may be rescheduled 2 (two) times, after which, course fee(s) will be forfeited, without opportunity to reschedule.

Transferability
No reserved training course may be gifted, sold or otherwise transferred to any other party, at any time, for any reason, without express written consent from us.
